Cool facts: 

• Chay Lap Farmstay, located in Phong Nha - Ke Bang town, Quang Binh province, is about 1 hour East from Dong Hoi city. Phong Nha - Ke Bang is a home of the world largest cave and other 500 caves. 

• Also, we will travel on Highway 15, 20 (or Ho Chi Minh road), which was Truong Son route (a part of Ho Chi Minh trail) during the Vietnam war. In the entire Truong Son route, the most difficult, the most arduous, the most feats, the most drastic, the most sacrificed and the biggest achievements was the cluster of border gates crossing Truong Son in the west of Quang Binh. 

The schedule of these 2 days are flexible and swappable. Pick activities you want to do for each day, and have dinner with the group at Chay Lap Farmstay

Morning

Have breakfast at Chay Lap Farmstay, and start exploring the area. We might be able to check out 2 caves today if we start our day by 8 AM. If we decide to do 1 of the Oxalis tours, we have to be ready by 7 AM.

Afternoon until 7 PM

All caves will close at 5 PM daily. We will meet at Chay Lap Farmstay for regular or BBQ dinner tonight. 

For those who are doing the Oxalis tour, you will arrive at Chay Lap Farmstay by 7:30 PM at the latest, and then join everyone for dinner. 

Evening

For those who are doing the Oxalis cave tour on Feb 7th, make sure to double check your packing list and have enough sleep on the night of Feb 6th to get ready by 7 AM the next day. 

For those who are doing other activities, your schedule will be more flexible.
