Cà phê kho/ vợt:
- This type of coffee is original from blue collar Chinese people, came to Viet Nam since 1950, became a part of the coffee culture, and slowly disappear day by day.
- The closest one to District 1 is Cà phê vợt - 330 Phan Đình Phùng street, Phu Nhuan district. It opens 24/7. It is a self service street coffee with plastic chairs. If you are jetlag on the first day in Viet Nam, it is a good chance for you to see Sai Gon lifestyle in the early morning. Here are some pictures of the shop.

You can easily find many street food and restaurants among Saigon. Google maps, TripAdvisor and foody will give you recommendations and reviews of places. Also, GRAB app has food delivery option. You can search, order from the app, and pay CASH to the shipper.
Eat everything but BEWARE: Vietnamese food is delicious, but beware of hygiene when you are eating street food. To be cautious, opt for vendors with a good crowd in front of their stands. Another way to be sure of what you are eating is to book a street food tour. Please be extra cautious with food 24 hours before our wedding day.
