Welcome Dinner: For all out of town guests and close family.
Welcome Dinner Dress code (outdoor):
Women: Evening / cocktail dress. If you can, match the mood board colors pictured to the left. Color matching is optional, but if you can, you will match the theme colors of the event.
Men: Khakis or better (no jeans). Optional: Neutral colors or match color theme to the left.
Morning
Breakfast at your hotel, but if you want to try out another spot, we have recommendations in Western food section; and enjoy Saigon for the rest of the morning.
Afternoon
1:45 PM: Reception Dinner Groomsmen and Bridesmaids only meet in front Park Hyatt Saigon (give yourselves enough time to have lunch before this)
Groomsmen will bring two sets of clothes:
What you are planning on wearing at the Welcome Dinner (wear this)
Bring everything with you that you will be wearing at the Wedding Reception (tan suit, tan pants, white shirt, brown shoes, brown socks, the shirt stops we gave you, the tie we gave you, etc). You will change into your suits at the Mia Saigon Hotel for a photoshoot. After the photoshoot, you will change back into your regular "nice" Welcome Dinner clothes.
Groomsmen will join the groom in one suite and bridesmaids will join the bride in another suite. Prepare to say something about the bride and groom. Videographers will capture this.
2:55 PM: All guests meet in front of Park Hyatt Saigon for bus that will take you to Mia Saigon - Luxury Boutique Hotel.

4:00 PM: All guests arrive at Mia Saigon - Luxury Boutique Hotel
4:30 PM: Vows exchange and wedding party's toasts
5 PM - 5:45 PM: Cocktail hour & photos
7 PM: Dinner starts
For guests, who want to give speeches or toast, you should let best man or maid of honor know in advance to plan out the night smoothly.8 PM - 8:30 PM: Games and dinner
8:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Freestyle
After 9 PM: Party ends
Get enough sleep. You will wake up very early tomorrow for the Tea Ceremony (the actual wedding).
